International Shipping and Processing Info:

International Duties and Taxes Information and Custom Delays:

Vipin Hair Extension is not responsible for any custom delays or late delivery because of unforeseen circumstances and situations. You will be solely responsible for clearing the shipped product from customs and any related taxes, fees or duties at your own end. Please be aware that your order total does NOT include duties and taxes that may have to be paid in customs before you take delivery of your package. These charges are not collected at the time of purchase. If you are not sure what these charges may be, contact your customs department in your country for more information.

We ship products from our India-based warehouse. If in any case the product is not available in the India-based warehouse, we ship the same products from any of our sourcing centres where the product may be available according to customer requirements. The customer will be liable to pay customs charges, if any, as applicable in their own cities or countries.

However, we will not charge International shipping charges in the event the product is shipped from other than the India-based warehouse. To meet customer requirements, any additional shipping charges will be borne by the company. We are not liable for any shipping delays also caused by any courier companies. In the event of any such delay, customers will be informed by us, and appropriate steps should be taken to make sure the product or products are delivered.

Please be aware that we do take fraud seriously:

Your shipping and billing addresses must match in the right way for your order to be approved and shipped to you. If in any event, your order is declined or cancelled because of a mismatched address, then please contact us to resolve the issue. Rest assured that if you are a thief, thinking to take any advantage or attempting to use anyone else’s credit card that does not belong to you, then your IP address is logged, and prosecution will occur.

Failed Deliveries/Refused Shipments/Incorrect Shipping Address:

For processing of your order, please make sure you give us the complete and correct address (i.e. suite numbers, apartment, zip or postal code) for your order, so that your package or shipment can be delivered to your address without causing any problems.

We do send tracking numbers to your provided e-mail addresses. If you do not get a tracking number, please contact us. You are able to use your tracking number, provided you can know when your shipment is reaching you. More often, incomplete or incorrect addresses are one of the major causes of shipment delays. Make sure that you have checked your address information on your order form before submitting it to us.

Our packages also ship with a Signature Confirmation, which means someone needs to be there to sign for your package or packages. Please be aware that no refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. Customers will be charged additional fees for address changes or re-routing. If you refuse or are unavailable to sign for your package, then it will be returned to us, and you will be charged the additional return shipping cost.

Mistakes Delays:

If there is a mistake or delay from our side, we will strive to do our best to correct the mistake or delay. Sometimes it occurs that the shipping company can lose a package or shipment, or it can be delayed for various reasons that could be anything, whether a weather problem or anything. We will fix our mistakes. If you have received the wrong item or if something is not there, we will re-ship free of charge. You must allow us to know within 7 days.

Tracking your Orders:

You will get a tracking number along with a link to track your order once it has been processed by us.
