Washing it the right way plays an important role in having beautiful hair. Initially massage your scalp with shampoo gently for about 35-40 seconds. Pour conditioner after shampooing it. Pour a little of it on your hands and rub it from tips to roots and leave it on for a while. Then rinse it off gently.<\/li>\n<li>Dry your hair carefully: Avoid using hair dryers on a regular basis. They are too warm for your hair if not used the right way. Don\u2019t wring your hair to a towel for long. Having a healthy diet prevents hair loss to a huge extent giving the hair a shinny texture. Foods with vitamins B-6, B-12 and folic acid are very important for your hair. These are available in bananas, potatoes, fish, tomatoes and beans.
